FOUNDER

Nadia Ait-Aissa, MD

Founder and Principal Partner
With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, including 16 years at Sanofi and key roles at Actelion, Pfizer, Parke Davis, and Bayer Pharma, I have successfully developed and launched drugs for chronic diseases. At Sanofi, I led Global Scientific Engagement and Communication for Diabetes and General Medicines, where I introduced innovative digital models.
My expertise encompasses stakeholder engagement, medical strategy, advocacy, and digital engagement. Additionally, I have shaped Corporate Social Responsibility strategies and received advanced training in public affairs strategy from Sciences Po Paris.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to guide diverse teams to high performance, particularly in product launches. Respected within the scientific community, I am a strategic, results-driven professional dedicated to advancing global health care.
